Potions and Tonics

Need to keep calm.

I really suck at games. It's all good if I'm just grinding and all, but if I die, and I keep dying, I get completely demotivated to keep going. Tea is definitely good for calming down.

Recently, my brother looted some free tea from a conference or corporate event that he was taking photos for. Technically he was allowed to help himself.

I've never seen tea like this served at conferences though. We get generic Dilmah teas.

This was as normal as they got. I've tried them all already actually, the chocolate one was really surprisingly good. Oriental twist wasn't bad either, a lot of them were scented with rose.

Of course, the first one I tried, cos it's purple.

Tt mentioned that teas like these are really just a gimmick, a novelty. Not real tea at all, and a lot of places like T2 sells "gimmicky" teas like this. No harm trying them (especially if they are free), but my parents just returned from China and HK, bearing REAL tea leaves from yonder, so when we've exhausted our supply of novelty tea, we shall indulge in fragrant, real tea. Or we can have both.

Short post today, gotta write my notes. On a separate note, I watched Tim Burton's newest movie, Dark Shadows... it was a disappointment. Johnny Depp was awesome as usual, and Eva Green did a fantastic job as the witch, but... story was lacking in lots of areas and the ending was mediocre *sad face*.
